![]() ![]() How does he know anything about you and how likely it is for you to pull threat from him? He can inspect your gear, just like you can inspect his, but neither one of you can completely predict the likelihood of you pulling threat until it happens.Īll I’m saying is that it’s not the tank’s job to figure this out for you and I suspect you already know this. What you’re asking is for them to take the initiative to tell you whether or not they’re going to have a problem with you ripping mobs from them. ![]() It’s irrelevant if the tank’s undergeared or not in terms of the dps pulling threat. Anyway, I’m not even sure what else I’ve disagreed with you about, but I assure you it’s not personal. Expect anything less from me? I’m not the only one disagreeing with you on this issue. What’s also nice about the client is that if Curse doesn’t have the add on, it gives you a link to wowinterface or the add ons website. It could be worth the $24 not to have to constantly check the sites for updates on add ons. The true test is going to be when 4.0 hits. There are plenty of overgeared tanks in five mans, so many that I don’t see any undergeared ones, particularly in PoS or FoS. It’s been 18 months since WotlK released. The two of us do not see eye to eye on this game, so I wouldn’t expect anything less from you. Expecting the tank to tell you when you should pay attention to your threat seems incredibly lazy to me. That’s why those instances require more than one person. It’s the tank’s job to hold aggro on everything, but it’s the DPS’s job to help him do that. ![]()
